Under the GDPR, every attendee has the right to request deletion or export of their data. SpeedNetworking implements this via a DSAR form.

As an attendee

Go to {workspace}.speednetworking.cloud/dsar/ and fill out the form:

Email (your contact address from the event)
Type: Deletion or Export
Reason (optional)

We respond within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.

What we delete

For a deletion request: the attendee record is anonymized. Name → "Uczestnik X", email → "anonymized-XYZ@deleted.local", LinkedIn/company/phone → cleared. Statistics (rounds_completed, pair history) remain for aggregation - they don't identify you.

What we export

JSON + CSV: your registration data, swipe decisions, pairs you took part in, mutual matches. We send an email with a download link (valid for 7 days).

Automatic anonymization

Regardless of any request - 12 months after an event ends, we automatically anonymize attendees. Cron anonymize_old_attendees.

Accounting data retention

VAT invoices (InvoiceMirror) - 5 years (Polish accounting requirement). Not linked to event attendees' personal data.

As an organizer (workspace owner)

Settings → Danger zone → "Delete workspace". A 30-day grace period - you can undo the decision. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
