Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 — the GDPR (RODO in Poland) — is a set of rules protecting your personal data in the European Union. As a SpeedNetworking user, you have specific rights you can exercise at any time.
This page is a summary of the key information. Full technical documentation describing legal bases, data categories, processors, and retention periods is available in the Privacy Policy.
Your rights at a glance
Right of access
See what data we process about you. You'll receive a copy in a machine-readable format (JSON / CSV).
Right to rectification
Correct outdated or inaccurate data. Most of it you can change yourself in your account settings.
Right to erasure
"Prawo do bycia zapomnianym". Usuwamy konto, profil swipe, wiadomości, historię matchów. Okno cofnięcia: 30 dni.
Right to object
Don't want your data used for analytics, marketing, or profiling? Tell us.
Right to data portability
Download all your data as a JSON/CSV package and move it to another platform.
Withdrawing consent
Wherever we process data based on consent (e.g. swipe, marketing) — you can withdraw it at any time.
How to exercise your rights?
The fastest path is to fill out the DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) form available in your workspace panel:
Alternatively, send an e-mail to hej@speednetworking.cloud with the note "GDPR request" and a description of the right you want to exercise. To verify your identity, we may ask for confirmation from the e-mail address linked to your account.
Response time
In accordance with Art. 12(3) GDPR, we respond within a maximum of 30 days of receiving a complete request. In complex cases (e.g. a broad request covering many events and many organizers), this deadline may be extended by a further 60 days — in that case we will inform you within the first 30 days, along with the reasons.
In practice, we handle most requests within 5-7 business days. The JSON data export starts automatically after identity verification — the package arrives by e-mail within minutes.
Free of charge
Handling GDPR requests is free of charge. We may charge an administrative fee only for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (e.g. repeated, identical requests within a short period) — in accordance with Art. 12(5) GDPR.
Supervisory authority
If you believe we process your data in violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland, this is:
Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO — President of the Personal Data Protection Office)
Before filing a complaint, we encourage you to contact us first — most matters can be resolved without involving the supervisory authority.
Who does this notice apply to?
The above rights apply both to event organizers (workspace owners) and to attendees registered for events on the platform. If you are an event attendee and want to exercise your right to erasure — you can submit the request directly to the event organizer (the data controller) or to us, and we will forward it.
